What is it? Clementine Cleansing Balm is a deliciously scented non-emulsifying cleansing balm designed to melt impurities, makeup and sunscreen.
Notes from the Curator: The scent of this cleansing balm is Pedro’s tribute to his hometown of Ondara (Spain) which is known for growing clementines.
Let’s get Nerdy: To create this efficacious cleansing balm that removes makeup and dirt without any tugging, Pedro uses a specific mix of non polar/low polarity oils that immediately ‘capture’ dirt and impurities because of their polarity, removing all the dirt from your skin when you remove the balm.

Twelve Beauty, a Spanish brand, was founded by Pedro Catalá who fuses his scientific knowledge in pharmacy, botany and cosmetology with 20 years of expertise in plants and herbology, into a unique approach for modern urban skincare. In addition to degrees in Pharmacy and Botany, he has a Masters in the Science and Technology of Cosmetics and a PhD in Natural and Formulation Technologies.
- How to Use
Apply to dry skin starting at your neck, working up to your face and finishing with your eyes. To remove, moisten a cleansing cloth with lukewarm water and remove from your skin with closed eyes. Follow with elixir, serum and Moisturizer.
