Shipping to the rest of the world could vary from country to country. To most countries, shipping will be $18.95
It is possible that that there may be additional customs fees depending on the policies of your country of residence. In addition, international shipments may be subject to delays related to customs clearance. We are not responsible for these or additional fees and delays. Though we provides tracking information, not every country tracks the shipments all the way to the destination. While most of our shipments reach their destinations without any issues, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
For International Shipping:
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/customer. The consignee authorizes Boxwalla to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/customer agrees that Boxwalla may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

The cutoff dates for cancellation is the 14th of the month preceding the month that the box ships. New or returning subscribers can subscribe up until the 20th of the month.
Let’s try this with an example of the August box. To receive the August box, you must subscribe by August 20th.
When you subscribe you will be billed immediately. You will then be rebilled for the next box after the next cutoff date (September 14th). So you have until September 14th to decide if you want to keep the October box in the same category, switch to another category or cancel.
You can cancel your subscription anytime- no questions asked (ok- maybe we will ask you a few questions as feedback). However, you don’t have to email us or talk to us on the phone to cancel.
Simply go to ‘My Subscriptions’ and click on cancel. If you have already been billed, then the cancel will apply to the next cycle of boxes. Please be sure to cancel by the 14th of the month before the box ships so that you are not charged for that box. This applies from your second box on, since for your first box you will be billed immediately.
We do hope you love our boxes enough that you won’t feel like canceling. But we want you to know that you can if you want to or need to.
If you receive any defective products please contact us through the contact form or at email@example.com and we will be happy to take care of you. Due to the nature of subscriptions and subscription boxes, we cannot accept returns and process refunds if you don’t like a particular product. However, do contact us if you absolutely hate your box (we hope you won’t) and we will see what we can do. You also have the ability to switch to a different box if a particular category is not to your taste. If you have specific allergies please let us know. We can keep the information on file and alert you in case that ingredient will be present in an upcoming box. We also reveal the products in the Beauty Box in advance, so you can determine if the products and the ingredients are the right fit for your skin.
For retail products (non-subscription), we accept returns on unopened and unused items, within 30 days from the date of shipping. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. Products purchased during sale periods, do not qualify for returns unless they are defective or damaged. We currently do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if you are unhappy with your retail purchase (after using it) please reach out to us at email@example.com so that we can figure out a solution for you.
